RETURN & REFUND
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on https://aishwaryaxerox.in/ and the services provided by Aishwarya Xerox (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of Service
- Aishwarya Xerox provides custom document printing services based on files uploaded by the customer.
- As the service is customized and made-to-order, returns are not accepted.
2. No Return Policy
Printed documents cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Errors in customer-uploaded files
- Incorrect print instructions provided by the customer
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate Transaction
- Order placed outside of Kakinada District will not be processed and Refunds will be issued.
⚠️ Issues must be reported within 1 hour of order placed for Duplicate Transaction
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Errors in uploaded documents
- Incorrect page count or print settings selected by the customer
- Delays caused by courier, weather, or force majeure events
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval.
- Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
8. Duplicate Transactions
Refunds are applicable for duplicate payments or multiple debits for the same order.
