1. Nature of Delivery
- Aishwarya Xerox provides online document printing (Xerox) services.
- Customers upload documents online, and physical printed copies are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
2. Serviceable Area
🚚 Delivery is available ONLY within Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Kakinada District will not be processed. If an order is placed outside the serviceable area, it may be cancelled and refunded as per our refund policy.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Printing generally begins within 30min of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time: 1 business day within Kakinada District.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

- Courier or local delivery availability
- Weather or unforeseen conditions
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
- Charges may vary based on distance and order size.
6. Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide a complete and correct address within Kakinada District.
- Re-delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability will be chargeable.
