• Customers upload PDF or document files through our platform.
• Printed physical copies are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• Uploaded documents are owned by you or you have the legal right to print them.
• Documents do not contain illegal, offensive, copyrighted (without permission), or prohibited content.
• You provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.

4. Document Upload & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

• File correctness
• Page count
• Print settings (color/BW, size, copies)

Once printing is completed, changes or cancellations are not possible. Aishwarya Xerox is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect files or instructions uploaded by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment must be made before order processing.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

6. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are seamlessly processed immediately upon payment confirmation.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2 Hours

We strive to deliver your printed documents within 2 hours of order placement.

7. No Cancellation After Printing

• Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
• Cancellation requests before printing may be considered at our discretion.

8. Refunds & Reprints

Refunds or reprints are applicable only in the following cases:

• Wrong print due to our error
• Incomplete printing
• Pages missing due to our fault

⚠️ Refunds are not applicable for:

• Customer-uploaded file errors
• Content mistakes
• Change of mind

9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• All uploaded documents are treated as confidential.
• We do not store or share customer documents beyond order fulfillment, unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aishwarya Xerox shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Content-related issues
• Delays beyond our control
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh.

13. User Communication & Marketing

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications from Aishwarya Xerox. We reserve the right to use your registered Mobile Number and Email Address to send order confirmations, digital invoices, and real-time status updates, as well as personalized offers, discount details, seasonal promotions, and marketing updates via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. You acknowledge that these communications are essential for providing a complete service experience and personalized value.

14. Content Legality & User Indemnification

Aishwarya Xerox acts solely as a service provider for printing documents. We do not review, censor, or verify the legality, copyright status, or ownership of the files uploaded by users.

• User Liability: If any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized copyrighted documents are uploaded and processed, Aishwarya Xerox shall not be held responsible for any legal repercussions.
• Indemnification: The user agrees to be solely accountable and "honored" for any legal claims, penalties, or disputes arising from the content they provide. The user further agrees to indemnify Aishwarya Xerox against any losses or legal costs resulting from such content violations.

15. Specific Condition for 1/8 and 1/9 Layouts (Micropocket Printing)

• The 1/8 and 1/9 Custom Printing layouts are provided strictly for study and educational purposes only.
• Aishwarya Xerox assumes no responsibility for any misuse, misleading activities, or malpractice associated with the use of these specific layouts.
• Users are solely accountable and liable for how they utilize these micropocket prints.
